My car, rent money got stolen. Desperate. Need Help ASAP

Ya some jerk took my truck which had my wallet, my rent, my tools, and other things as well. The police said it prob wont be returned(oak) and im a carpenter so my truck is my life. Im pretty mcuh screwed and dont know what to do. The insureance was only liablity and the truck wasnt even worth as much as all my tools, and cash. Please help?
